How can I solve puzzles in full-screen mode with no browser toolbars or address prompts taking up valuable space?

All the popular browsers support full-screen mode by pressing the F11 key. Jigsaw Jam will automatically resize the solving area to be as large as possible. Press F11 again to exit full-screen mode.

Are the puzzle pieces ever rotated?

By default no, but there is an option to switch on this feature. It makes the puzzles much more challenging! Please refer to the help file (accessed from the toolbar when solving).

Is the solve area limited to what I see on the screen?

By default yes, but there is an option to have a virtually unlimited work space. See the "Enable Board Drag" option.

When was Jigsaw Jam launched?

The site was launched in April 2010. However, most of the basic functionally was available as part of the DKM Software site for a couple of years prior to this. This is why you may notice puzzles added in 2008.

Why do some contributors have a link back to their profile?

These images come from the Flickr website and are licensed under the "Creative Commons Attribution" license. This means they can be freely used as long as the author is credited with a link back to his/her profile.
